Recently rated as ‘Outstanding’ by Ofsted, Manchester Academy was one of the first academies in the country and is seen by many as being one of the key successes of the Academy movement. Under the leadership of Kathy August and her senior team, results have improved to the extent that CVA scores were the highest in the City for the last two years.
